What Information We Collect
Authentication & Identification
We collect ONLY the minimum required:
- ✓Phone Number: For OTP-based login and account identification
- ✓Name: To identify your account and personalize communications
- ✓Email: Optional, only if you use Google Sign-In
Booking Information
- •Child's Name and Age: To assign age-appropriate play zones and ensure safety
- •Booking Details: Date, time, duration, number of children
- •Payment Details: Transaction ID and amount (NOT credit card details)
IMPORTANT: We do NOT store credit card numbers, CVV, or full card details. Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.
Google Sign-In (OAuth)
If you use Google Sign-In, we receive ONLY:
- ✓ Your name
- ✓ Your email address
- ✓ Your profile picture (if available)
We do NOT receive or access:
- ✗ Your Google password
- ✗ Your Gmail messages or contacts
- ✗ Your Google Drive files
- ✗ Your YouTube history or any other Google data

Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary. You can delete your account anytime through your profile settings or by contacting support@playana.in. Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws.
⚠️ Security Alert: We will NEVER ask for your debit/credit card PIN, CVV, or banking passwords. If someone claiming to be from Playana requests this information, report it to law enforcement immediately.
Your Consent
By using our Platform, you consent to this Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent by contacting our Grievance Officer. We may update this policy periodically and will notify you of significant changes.
