Note: Playana is a service booking platform for kids' indoor play zones. As our primary offering is booking play sessions at physical venues, the "shipping" of our service refers to the confirmation and delivery of your booking details.
Service Delivery
Upon successful booking and payment, your booking confirmation will be delivered to you via:
- Email confirmation sent to your registered email address
- SMS notification to your registered mobile number
- Booking details visible in your account dashboard on the Platform
Booking Confirmation Timeline
Instant Confirmation
Most bookings are confirmed instantly upon successful payment processing. You will receive your confirmation email and SMS within minutes of completing your booking.
Processing Time
In rare cases where additional verification is required, bookings may take up to 5 business days to process. You will be notified if any additional information is needed.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
For any physical products or merchandise ordered through the Platform:
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only
- Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of order and/or payment
- Delivery timeline is subject to courier company/post office norms
- Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority
- Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery of our services (booking confirmation) will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive confirmation.
Shipping Costs
If there are any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is not refundable. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase.
What to Bring to Your Play Session
When you arrive at the play zone for your booked session, please ensure you have:
- Booking confirmation - Email, SMS, or show from the app
- Valid ID - For verification purposes
- Socks - Required for all children and accompanying adults in the play area
