By creating an account, making a booking, or using the facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Parental Supervision REQUIRED
Parents MUST supervise their children AT ALL TIMES while at the facility. Our staff are NOT babysitters.
Liability Waiver
Playana is NOT responsible for injuries or accidents. Parents assume ALL RISKS and liability.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Playana's indoor play center ("the Facility") or website/application ("the Platform"), you ("User", "Parent", "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Playana.
2. Parental Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
2.1 Parental Supervision is MANDATORY
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- •Parents/Guardians MUST supervise their children AT ALL TIMES while at the Facility
- •Playana staff are NOT babysitters and are NOT responsible for supervising individual children
- •Parents/Guardians must remain on the premises during the entire duration of the play session
- •Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for their child's safety and behavior
2.2 Assumption of Risk
BY USING THE FACILITY, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME ALL RISKS, INCLUDING:
- • Injuries from falls, collisions, or contact with play equipment or other children
- • Bruises, cuts, scrapes, sprains, fractures, or other physical injuries
- • Risks inherent in physical play activities (climbing, jumping, sliding, running)
- • Risks from interaction with other children
- • Any other risks associated with indoor play activities
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RISKS CANNOT BE ELIMINATED REGARDLESS OF THE CARE TAKEN TO AVOID INJURIES.
2.3 Release of Liability and Indemnification
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- •YOU RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Playana, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and representatives from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from your or your child's use of the Facility
- •YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Playana from any claims, demands, or causes of action, including legal fees, arising from your or your child's use of the Facility
- •YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PLAYANA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any injuries sustained by your child while using the Facility, regardless of cause
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect ONLY the minimum information necessary for authentication and service delivery:
- ✓Phone Number: For OTP-based login and account identification
- ✓Name: To identify the account holder
- ✓Email: Optional, only if using Google Sign-In
- ✓Child Details: Name and age for appropriate zone assignment and safety
- ✓Booking & Payment: Transaction details (we do NOT store credit card information)
We do NOT collect, use, or sell any sensitive personal information beyond what's necessary for authentication and service delivery.

4. Google Sign-In
If you use Google Sign-In, we receive ONLY:
- • Your name
- • Your email address
- • Your profile picture (optional)
We do NOT access:
- • Your Google password
- • Your Gmail messages or contacts
- • Your Google Drive files or any other Google account data
You can revoke our access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions
5. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Standard rate: ₹300 per child per hour.
Cancellation Policy:
- 24+ hours before session: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before session: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before session: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
6. Additional Terms
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for all acts done through your account.
- Unauthorized use of the Platform may lead to legal action as per applicable laws.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or illegal purpose.
- All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By creating an account, making a booking, or using the facility, you acknowledge that:
- ✓You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
- ✓Parents/Guardians MUST supervise children AT ALL TIMES
- ✓You release Playana from ALL LIABILITY for injuries or accidents
- ✓We collect only minimal data for authentication and service delivery
